Shipping / Returns
For orders within the continental United States, the shipping charge is $5.95 for merchandise totals up to $49.99 and $6.95 for merchandise totals of $50 or more. All other locations and any expedited shipping is based on the UPS live rate or US Postal Service rates. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your bag and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.
Items are generally ready to ship the next business day. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We ship with UPS, Fed Ex, and the U.S. Postal Service.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Please address all returns to:

Returns must be accompanied by the original packlist and are honored within 14 days of receipt. Since the majority of our items are handmade and does not have duplicates, we are not able to exchange merchandise. If there is an item that you want instead, please place a separate order and we will refund the original upon receipt.
All returned items must be deemed in good condition (unworn, unused) before a refund is issued. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded and that any shipping charges for returns (unless we sent the wrong item!) will be incurred by the customer.
